The singer has went through a difficult pregnancy with her twins and suffered from various medical conditions which impacted upon her health .
She developed gestational diabetes . However, she is fine now.
Her purpose is sharing this information is so that other women know that all pregnancies are not necessarily easy.
She adds that it is crucial to be healthy in terms of your nutrition when pregnant.
Even though she loves being a mother, she does not consider that she will bear more children with her husband Nick Cannon due to her pregnancy being so difficult.
Even when she was on bed rest her body used to hurt it had got so painful.
Since giving birth, Mariah has shed 70 lbs via exercise and adhering to the Jenny Craig diet plan .
